Avoid Feature Bloat

The problem with Microsoft Work is its toolbar. It wasn’t designed for anybody but for everybody.

When I design custom software, I make it for you. It will do less, but that’s a feature and its greatest strength.

Unless you have a billion-dollar budget, don’t make Microsoft Word. It isn’t what you or your business needs.
