How much "I" is there in AI today?

The “I” in AI might be the most overhyped letter in tech today. AI companies, startups, and the tech industry as a whole, is obsessed with really good summaries and image generation.

Am I belittling this some – yes. But the rest of tech is exaggerating it. Is there potential there – again yes. But there is potential in everything.

My issue is a terminology issue. Please stop calling it intelligent. Will it get there, maybe. But it isn’t there today.
