Types of Dev Teams

There are three types of development teams:

1. Mercenaries: Mercenaries come in and get things done. Is it going to be perfect? No. But it will get a foundation test and in place fast!
2. Agencies: An agency brings experience and a team to bear on your problem. A larger array of skills typically creates a better solution at the cost of time and expense.
3. In House: If technology is fundamental to your business an in house team is often the best long term solution. Make sure you have a mix of skills present and the ability to manage them.

All these team structures are the right choice for some business. Which one is right for yours?
