Good bug reports are wonderful things. They can make the difference in an issue being quickly resolved, or taking 15 back-and-forth emails.
What makes for a good report? There are a few key elements:
- A description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- A screenshot or video of the error happening.
- A link to the page where the error happened if possible.
- An exact copy of any error messages you received.
- Any other details you find odd ie this worked on Product A but didn’t on Product B.
Providing these details make it much easier to address any issues that could come up.
